Executive Profile

Dr. Chulaporn Kobjaiklang is a strategic policy advisor and security studies expert with over two decades of experience across public policy, geopolitical strategy, economic development, and sustainability in ASEAN and Asia.

She holds a Ph.D. in Business Administration and a Master’s degree in Security Studies from the Royal Thai Army Command and General Staff College, and has served in senior academic leadership roles at the National Institute of Development Administration (NIDA) and other leading institutions.

​

Dr. Chulaporn has advised government bodies, military institutions, and policy organizations on national security, regional geopolitics, infrastructure investment, ASEAN–China relations, and sustainable development strategies. Her extensive research portfolio spans security policy, strategic investment corridors, defense-related geopolitics, and regional economic competitiveness.
